In the last few years there has been an explosion of cooking shows on TV. While we love to see this happening, these shows are missing one very important thing. There is no interaction with the instructor! You simply cannot get the same experience on video that you get when you are in the same room that the food is being prepared.
With that in mind, the chefs at Abbott's have decided to bring cooking classes to you! In these classes you will see how the professionals work their magic. The classes are small and informal. You will get to see, smell and TASTE the food that is being prepared right in front of you! You will aslo be able to ask questions when you do not understand something.
The classes will be held in our beautiful private dining room. We will be tasting the foods that we are preparing. You will be provided with all of the recipes from the class, printed and ready to add to your recipe collection. The class will end with a complimentary group lunch with the instructor where you can discuss things in a little more depth and get to know your fellow cooks.
All classes will be held on Saturday mornings to make it easy to fit into your busy schedule. The classes will run between 60 - 90 minutes (not including the lunch.)
